Physiological changes in pregnancy

About Course
This course will explore the physiological changes that occur in the body during pregnancy. It is an introduction to the adaptations that the cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and endocrine systems undergo to support the developing fetus. The course will also cover the changes in metabolism, immune function, and musculoskeletal system that occur during pregnancy. Additionally, we will examine MCCQE I questions in relation to pregnancy. By the end of the course, tutees will have an understanding of the complex physiological changes that take place during pregnancy and their implications for both the mother and the developing fetus.
