Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)

This course will provide an overview of Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), including its symptoms, causes, and treatment options. It provides an introduction to the impact of alcohol misuse on physical and mental health, relationships, and society as a whole. Strategies for screening, assessing, and treating individuals with AUD will be discussed, as well as the importance of addressing co-occurring mental health disorders. Additionally, the course will explore the techniques in answering MCCQE 1  questions relating to AUD.
